Setup

1. Login to the County/City’s e/Gram website, then click on User > Login.

2. Click on Modify District Account, then login using your username and password.

4. Find the County/City from the list that you would like to setup access to, then click on Setup. Note:  Any County/City you choose must have previously set you up with user access.  If you do not have user access at the County/City, please contact them to set you up.

5. Type in your username and password again.  A message will then appear that says your Remote Setup has been complete.  You may then log out and close out of the window when the log out is complete. Go back to step 4 to begin Remote Setup at the next County/City.  Close out of all e/Gram windows when the Setup process is complete.

Login

1. Login to the County/City’s e/Gram website, then click on User > Login.

2. Click on District Login to access all of the Counties/Cities (that you are set up to view) at one time. Then login using your Username and password.

3. Click on User > e/Gram Portal.

4. The e/Gram Portal Menu features Project Documentation and e/Approval.  You may leave this Menu open all day and it will automatically refresh every few minutes to provide updates when New Documents are posted, or when e/Approvals requiring your action are made available. Click on either Project Documentation or eApproval icon to view one of the two sections.

Change Passwords

1. Login to the County/City’s e/Gram website, then click on User > Login.

2. Click on Modify District Account to change your password at all the Counties/Cities you have access to. Then login using your Username and password.

3. Click on Edit Account Information. On the proceeding screen you may change your name, email, and password.  Click on Enter Changes to save the changes you have made.

Project Documentation

1. Use the filters at the top to select the Documents, Counties, Cities, and Projects you would like to view.  Make your selections, then click on Submit. Note:  All messages included, will show any documents or messages that are posted to a County/City e/Gram site. To clear search options, click on Reset Search Options.  To return to the main menu, click on Return to eGram Portal Menu.

2. Your search results will be displayed below, showing the documents/messages requested for each County/City or project.  Click on the document or message to view it.

3. The first time each session that you view a document/message from a County/City, you will be prompted with a login screen.  Click on District Login; you will not have to enter a username or password to continue. You will now be able to view the selected Document or Message. To post a message for the County/City in reference to the document or message posted, click on Post Reply. You may close out of this window when you have finished viewing.
