OUR HISTORY

RTVision was established in 1992 as a hardware and software reseller focused on enterprise solutions. Due to increased customer requests for customized software applications, in 1995, RTVision refocused their efforts to create software applications for a variety of web-native database process improvements, including: construction project management, time management, construction sketching, assessments, permitting and utility billing. In 2006, all 87 Minnesota counties purchased e/Business and e/Gram.
