General Enhancements for Employees

How it works: Specified user accounts can receive email notifications.

How it works: Specified user accounts can receive email notifications. Notifications are now organized by Internal, Applicant, Special and Condition. Find the specific notifications under the corresponding module heading.

Settings to allow applicant to edit application

How it works: Administration can set if an applicant may edit their permit application and move after is it active or approved for all modules. If set to not allow edits after it is approved/active, as an employee, you can remove signatures and edit at any time but the applicant will not have the option. The default setting is to allow the applicant to edit after approval by removing all signatures to edit and moving the permit back to Pending Review.

Enhancements to Moving/Transportation for Employees

Approval of Moves/Trips Made on permit applications that allow multiple moves

How it Works: When a move is submitted on a permit type that allows multiple moves, you can approve the move from the move details page. To view pending moves:

If you need to return the move to the applicant, you can modify the status and enter in the reason why it is being returned. An email notification will be sent to the permit holder notifying them of the move affected and the reason it is being returned. The applicant can then review the return reason and make the required modifications by editing. Once changes are complete, you will receive an email notification that a move is pending review.

Automatically add fees to permit or move/trip based on the weight

How it Works: When a permit or move/trip is submitted, automatically add the corresponding fees based on the weight or weight range. There are two locations of the administration to setup this feature that are outlined below.

New Payment Management

How it Works: Payment Due Report now has a link to manage fees invoices. Permit view details page has a manage fees link. Employees can easily Manage Existing Charges by using the checkbox to remove or modify multiple charges at once. Also, Managing Existing Invoices has the ability to confirm payment of multiple invoices. Adding invoices and charges sections have also been added to this area.

How it Works: Find this option at the bottom of the reservation view page. As an employee, modify the applicant information and click Save. You will see the modification reflected on the reservation.
